Our products are rigorously tested for efficacy by independent parties. As part of our quality assurance requirements in supply and production, all our suppliers and manufacturers are required to fulfil the necessary manufacturing standards and certifications by accredited institutions.
The packaging and formulation designs for all our products revolve around two core principles – premium branding and integrity. We emphasise strongly on product purity and safety. Every batch of raw materials and end products is tested and certified by accredited laboratories. In addition, we practise truthful labelling for all products as part of our corporate governance commitment. Thus, customers can have peace of mind when using 10B products.
We also demand total quality commitment from our suppliers to meet our expectation of the highest incoming quality assurance. All 10B products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities in accordance to the most stringent manufacturing practices with rigorous in-process quality assurance and complying with TGA and FDA guidelines, GMP and HACCP programmes as well as ISO Quality Management System. Finished goods are subsequently tested and checked for compliance to all product specifications with uncompromising outgoing quality assurance.
Traceability and authenticity is assured throughout all stages of product realisation. A large-scale IT infrastructure has been implemented to allow our distributors to place and check their order status online 24/7. Furthermore, an advanced proprietary online authentication system allows every single 10B customer to verify the authenticity of all 10B products by simply checking the unique serial number and pin number found on each and every 10B product via our corporate website or SMS in selected countries. Lastly, our products instil GS1 barcodes in supporting the global trade traceability.
