The 10B Business Conduct Committee – consisting of several senior executives and chaired by 10B’s Senior General Manager, Legal Affairs and General Counsel – oversees 10B’s legal and ethical compliance programme. The Business Conduct Committee reports to the Audit Committee of the 10B Board of Directors which, in turn, assists the Board of Directors in the oversight of 10B’s legal and regulatory compliance programme.

To administer 10B’s compliance programme around the world, the Business Conduct Committee has created the position of Director, Business Conduct and Compliance. The Compliance Director works full time for the Business Conduct Committee on strategic, systematic and operational components of 10B’s compliance programme’s design and implementation. The Compliance Director focuses on implementing the initiatives of the Business Conduct Committee in such areas as compliance policy drafting, compliance risk analysis, education, communication strategy and programme awareness, coordination of investigations as well as continuous process improvement
