Hence, there is a need for a scientific, cohesive approach to total health – and EZential is that integrated approach to total wellness. Basically there are three essential elements in a harmonious and balanced well-being – the Body, the Mind and the Soul. A successful combination of these would be a huge contribution to modern health care and maintenance.

We have a very clear vision of our direction: To become the leader in the wellness industry and to offer an integrated approach to develop and nourish the body, mind and soul.
Our business model is simple: To become the leader in the wellness franchise business – one that provides a complete herbal range of premium and comprehensive wellness solutions. We target on a niche market - high income customers in urban areas, i.e. those who demand matchless and personalised service.
We plan to create premium differentiations for EZential products and services. In this regard, we aim to achieve them with natural spa products that are specially developed and produced in-house, the most advanced and internationally recognised cell therapy from Switzerland, as well as personalised service and customised solution for each individual, based on his/her overall wellness condition.
Furthermore, we plan to leverage a hybrid franchise model to expand our network rapidly. Finally, we plan to adopt a long-term partnership approach to support our global operations. Currently, we have achieved agreements with the key partners in a collaborative effort in the field of research and manufacturing.
There are four key focus areas in our total wellness concept:

There is a large gap in the market today waiting to be filled. Currently, there is no single, integrated facility offering a complete wellness programme. The services offered are fragmented - most of the wellness centres here (in Malaysia and the region) focus on just one aspect of the total holistic wellness solution (i.e. on physical fitness at a fitness centre, or a facial spa, or a spa resort, etc).
Thus a spa goer, seeking a total range of services, will have to travel from one place to another, incurring expenses, time, energy and inconvenience. Those who wish to enjoy premium spa facilities, and a platinum-card spa experience, may even have to travel to various remote and exotic locations. Unfortunately, even these spas do not provide the broad-spectrum facilities and health benefits the client would ultimately desire.
We believe that there is a big demand gap in the current wellness market in many cities including Kuala Lumpur. It is a latent demand, one that will instantly emerge when the right product or service appears. As society continues to become more affluent, more people will be willing to pay a premium fee just to enhance their fitness and health, as well as to look and feel good.
We plan to establish our first two flagship EZential wellness centres in the exclusive neighbourhoods in both Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. We also plan to leverage the hybrid franchise model, and to expand our operations to approximately 100 branches in other strategic cities around the region. Our key target will be the establishment of up 20 centres in Asia Pacific and Middle East by 2012.
