Job description

The sales manager will be responsible in setting up an efficient sales structure and growing the market share of all new and existing products under the 10B brand in Hong Kong.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the Managing Director to establish the target market
  • Seek out new potential customers and new sales opportunities
  • Establish and meet sales objectives for Hong Kong
  • Provide monthly update of the regional sales
  • Manage relationship with our regional customers and partners

 Requirement

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or commerce.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales management experience. Knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry a plus.
  • Strong organizational capability.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • International sales experience, in particular in Northern Asia region.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skill and proven leadership ability
  • Strong computing skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Excellent financial analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills, knowledge of local languages and cultural sensitivity.
