 Job description

The key responsibility of our Brand and Marketing Manager is to reinvigorate the brand, develop key product positioning, identify segmentation opportunities and work closely with customers to develop promotional and business development programmes that will significantly grow sales/market share.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into highly successful business plans that deliver results in year on year sales terms.
  • Travel internationally to support our international customers as well as to expand businesses in new regions.
  • Grow market share in targeted markets including Europe and Middle East.

 Requirement

  • A high degree of initiative and strong analytical skills as a basis for the development of marketing plans.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across the business to obtain support and commitment from other functions.
  • Well developed planning and organizational skills with proven record of sound commercial judgment and decision making
  • The ability to identify critical success factors and work very closely with the Category Management Team and Sales Teams to generate desired outcomes.
  • Proven record of sound commercial judgment and decision making
  • Extensive marketing, promotional and/or branding experience.
  • Minimum with 10 years experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Previous European and Middle Eastern marketing experience is desirable
  • Ability to read/ speak one or more European languages is a plus
