10B is more than a commercial organization. It is a responsible corporate citizen. And it has a strong community spirit. At its core, we strive to contribute to a better society – to return to society a helping hand to its less advantaged members. This community spirit seeps through every 10B organization in every country in which it functions. Every member of a 10B family is encouraged to contribute, financially and in kind, to a charitable foundation in its operating area. For every charitable act 10B, as a corporation, will match dollar-for-dollar contributed by staff members to a charity fund – a fund that is managed by members themselves. Such funds are used in aid of charity and education programmes.
