Job description

The operation executive will be responsible for all logistics and quality assurance tasks..

Core Responsibilities

  • To source and manage logistic service providers to ensure services are met according to the company's requirements.
  • To handle and manage stock inventory.
  • To prepare inventory report periodically and update logistic record.
  • To inform the management for stock replenishment.
  • Plan the delivery of orders for dispatch according to date required and communicate with sales department.
  • To generate documents required invoice/D.O/Packing List/Insurance/COA.
  • To manage packaging solutions and label management for the complete range of products and ensure packaging and labeling requirements are followed.
  • To closely liaise with transport/shipping agents for shipping.
  • To continuously source for competitive land and sea freight rates and services in relation to our current service providers.
  • To deal with custom department for legal and regulatory affairs such as importation and duty.
  • To report to HQ when there is product quality issue.
  • To be able to source for vendors in relation to operation aspect as and when required.
  • To participate projects and tasks undertaken by the company from time to time.

Requirement

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in related field.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to travel within China.
  • Able to write and speak in English.
  • A good team player.
