Job description
The trainer will be responsible in training B.As on all new and existing products of IDI-Italy 1858TM in China.
Core Responsibilities
- Train team leaders and brand ambassadors on the product knowledge, service excellence, grooming skills and selling techniques of all new and existing products.
- Servicing and providing skin consultation and derma-nutrition advice to customers.
- Assist in promoting the company's range of skin care products during launch and promotions.
- Work closely with B.As, head of sales for sufficient stock replenishment, proper merchandise display and achievement of sales targets.
- Attend monthly cycle meeting in the office.
Requirement
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Diploma/Degree holder in any disciplines.
- Strong communication skills, knowledge of local languages and cultural sensitivity.
- Proactive, mature and self motivated.
- Able to understand and solve brand ambassadors and customer's quandaries.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to work long hours.
