Job description

The sales executive will be responsible in training the team leader and brand ambassadors while sourcing for more revenue for the company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Maintain and expand distribution channel/network.
  • Establish and maintain new key accounts.
  • To strongly understand the trade and its requirements.
  • To build strong trade relationships through excellent service and results oriented.
  • Ensure shelf off take.
  • Manage daily sales operational activities related to sales such as promotions, stocks, returns and collection of payment.
  • Preparing monthly sales report to the immediate superior.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly review and evaluate sales performance with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with between departments and retails outlets on all retail operation matters.
  • Monitor debtors' ageing report.

Requirement

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any disciplines.
  • At least 2 to 3 years working experience in the sales field.
  • Preferably candidates with sales experience in FMCG industry.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work long hours and on weekends.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel.
