Job description
The team leader will be responsible in ensuring both brand ambassadors and store front are functioning at full capacity.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruit permanent B.As to promote our skin care range in all counters.
- Train B.As at counters.
- To solve problems at store level & counter sign on promoter check list.
- Ensure all B.As achieve their targets.
- Responsible for B.As attendance and outlook.
- Ensure all promotional materials are available at all times.
- Ensure all outlets have efficient stock holdings and stocks are well displayed.
- Compile and update sales data daily.
- Prepare weekly report for all outlets every Monday.
- Counter check the stock cards prepared by the promoters.
Requirement
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- At least Upper Secondary School/College Level in any field.
- At least 1 to 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
